At Jack in the Box we aim to provide a safe, stimulating and caring environment. We will ensure that the children and their families feel welcomed and valued.  Jack in the Box would like all parents to feel involved with the group to ensure that all children’s needs are identified and met.

All comments are very much welcomed by parents/carers about the standard of care that we offer. We understand that comments from you, whether positive or negative will help to improve the standard of our provision and you can post these confidentially in our suggestion box.

We do hope that you will be happy with the care we offer for your child, but we understand that complaints may arise. If you feel you have a complaint, please put it in writing or speak to the Managers of the setting where we will deal with the matter appropriately and notify you of the outcome within 28 days.

However, if you feel the situation has not been dealt with fairly, then an outside mediator can be brought in.
